Every watch we sell is painstakingly prepared by our manufacturer accredited watchmakers to an uncompromisingly high standard at our in-house, multi-brand service centre.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by credit and debit card, as well as offering a simple, hassle-free part exchange service. We also offer 6 and 12 months of 0% interest finance on most of our watches, meaning the ticket price you see is all you'll pay. Is my order secure?
Watchfinder uses 3D Secure to process payments safely and securely. We do not store your payment details.
What is the returns policy?
For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. Enjoy the convenience of purchasing from the comfort of your own home, without the worry of complicated returns. How do I sell my watch to Watchfinder?
Selling your watch to Watchfinder couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial query telling us the brand, series and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at one of our nationwide boutiques, and after an inspection at our brand-accredited service centre, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account via BACs. Please note, it can take up to five working days for your bank to process the payment.
How long does the sell process take?
We offer a quick, hassle-free service to make selling your watch as simple as possible. We will email you an estimated quote upon your initial enquiry, and once the sale has gone through, we will make payment of our final offer directly into your account via BACs. Can I part exchange a watch?
If you’re looking to upgrade to a different watch, you can use your current timepiece in part exchange in one simple transaction—just tick the ‘part exchange’ option in the form to the left.

Do I need the watch’s box and papers?
You don’t need to have the box and papers to sell us your watch. Simply send your timepiece to us securely packaged, and we will inspect it at our manufacturer-approved service centre, before giving you a final offer.

Every watch repair or service is undertaken by one of our highly skilled, brand-accredited watchmakers using manufacturer-approved tools. We’re dedicated to providing a first class service, so we offer a quick turnaround time for the work we complete, as well as a comprehensive warranty.
How long will the service take?
If the work is completed internally, a watch service typically takes between 2–3 weeks—dependent on the availability of parts—from the date you give us the go-ahead to service.
Is there a warranty provided?
For every overhaul service that we undertake, we provide a 24-month Watchfinder warranty on the work we have done, giving you that extra bit of peace of mind.
When is payment due?
You will need to make payment once the repair work or service has been completed.
What is the watch servicing process?
Once you have made an enquiry, we will send you an estimated quote for the work. You will then need to send the watch to our service centre, or drop it off at one of our nationwide boutiques. We will send you a final quote after inspection, so that you can give us authorisation to begin your watch repair or service. The work will be completed by our manufacturer-accredited watchmakers using brand-approved tools and machinery. Once complete, your watch will be passed to quality control for a rigorous inspection. Then, once you have made payment, your watch will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or made available for collection at one of our locations.
