Feature: New Patek Philippe Model Combines The Annual Calendar With The Travel Time

At this year’s Watches & Wonders Patek Philippe has announced that it’s put two of its most iconic complications together into one watch. Yes, you heard that right!

Meet the Annual Calendar Travel Time Ref. 5326G-001. This new model will enable the wearer to see the full calendar with day, date and month via the Annual Calendar, as well as benefit from a dual time zone thanks to the Travel Time complication, all in one timepiece. These two user-friendly functions being together in one timepiece is something that hasn’t been done in a Patek Philippe watch before, making this a pretty remarkable release.

Powered by the new self-winding calibre 31-260 PS QA LU FUS 24H, the new Annual Calendar Travel Time shines with a date display synchronized with local time and is automatically corrected forward or backward when the time zone is changed—handy, right?

On the outside, this piece flaunts a brand-new design, with a Calatrava case guilloched with the hobnail pattern around its entire flank and a charcoal grey vintage dial reminiscent of old photo cameras. So, not only is this new piece functional but pretty nice to look at too—what’s not to love!
