I was skeptical about purchasing a pre-owned luxury timepiece but I have been highly impressed with the service received from Watchfinder - more specifically from Edward Brown who made the process straightforward and hassle free. Edward was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was responsive when I had (many) a question and available on the phone to explain the history of the company, the purchasing process and, more importantly, the background of the timepiece I was interested in. The watch took 24 hours to be delivered following placement of my order and was exactly as described. I would not hesitate to recommend Watchfinder on the basis of the service I received from Edward.
