I tried to purchase a Maurice Lacroix through Crono24 in November, by the end of January, and no watch, I was worried for my money and got my bank involved, and got my money returned. Watchfinder were the opposite, professional, helpful and prompt in terms of communication, information and the quality of service and merchandise (although their boxes are a bit of an overkill) I would deal with them again in a flash, but the watch is so exactly what I wanted it may be a while.

I've just completed another purchase and part exchange with the invaluable help of Tom Holland. I knew which watch I wanted, had a part exchange differential in my mind, and instead of just pushing the online buttons I phoned and Tom worked out a deal good for both of us. Recommended.
