Sales Advisor £20k salary plus commission OTE £35-55k

REPORTING TO: Head of Retail Operations

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting customers via telephone and email to respond to enquiries submitted via our website
  • Dealing with enquiries via incoming call
  • Negotiating sales of watches (often with a part exchange involved) to secure a deal with the best possible margin
  • Managing ongoing pipeline of enquiries via a diary system to maximise conversion
  • Managing “live” orders post payment and dealing with after sales queries from your customers
  • Dealing with customers in person who visit the showroom to view or collect a watch

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • The ability to negotiate (ideally with a part exchange involved)
  • Experience of working with Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Experience of telesales
  • Ability to take in technical information
  • Results Driven
  • Problem solving
  • Highly organized
  • Multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills

Monday to Friday 8:45 to 6:15

Two Saturdays per month 10 to 4

Junior Sales Advisor£18k salary plus commission OTE £25

REPORTING TO: Head of Retail Operations

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to enquiries for Watch Servicing

  • Contacting customers via telephone and email to quote for servicing their current watch
  • Give an estimated quote for the required works and explain the process to the customer
  • Sell the benefits of using WF vs. manufacturer
  • Answer technical questions around servicing process and warranty
  • Following up all existing enquiries to achieve conversion targets
  • Offering other Watchfinder services to customers who enquire about servicing
    • Quote them to buy their watch or part exchange it against another
    • Pass purchasing or sales leads on to relevant departments

In addition

  • Answering the telephone in the Sales Department
  • Responding to basic watch sales enquiries via telephone and email (and qualifying these leads to pass over to a Sales Advisor)
  • Dealing with customers in person who visit the showroom (to collect or return a watch)

Customer Service AssistantStarting salary from £17k

REPORTING TO: Customer Service Supervisor and Line Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to customer e-mails via outlook.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via the phone.
  • Using our in house computer system, Back Office, to respond to customer on-line enquiries.
  • Handling ‘link requests’ post and pre sale.
  • Issuing letters, i.e. sending out Valuations, Letter of authenticity, sending out watch manuals or researching the internet to find PDF copies and scanning.
  • Issue follow up emails to all customers who have made a purchase. This is done on a weekly basis and consists of around 250 customers.
  • Dealing with face-to-face customer appointments for warranty or external repairs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative as well as follow instruction.
  • Excellent IT skills – specifically competent in using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be self-confident and able to deal with customers over the phone, on-line and face-to-face.
  • Accurate and detail conscious.

DESIRABLE

  • Knowledge of watches would be beneficial but not essential.

HOURS

  • 09.00 – 17.30 hours – Monday to Friday
  • 10.00-16.00 hours – Saturday (must work a minimum of two Saturdays per month)
