Very good experience
I dealt with a gentleman called Tom Holland, and in summary the experience was one of efficient service, good honest pricing and swift turnaround. I part exchanged my old watch to buy a 5 year old Omega. The new watch is in pristine condition and one would not know it was pre-used just by looking at it. I would happily recommend to anyone interested in buying or selling a top end watch. Great work.

Trustworthy, excellent product & customer service
It's not difficult to have an acceptable retail experience, but finding an experience that is exactly, exactly as you want it is very rare. I love watchfinder & will use them again & won't hesitate to recommend them because: 1. Expert, honest, trustworthy customer service 2. I made a tentative enquiry about an Iwc watch. I dealt with Sam Beer who who told been he had the ideal watch for me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Within 4 days we had concluded the deal and I was in receipt of my new watch. Scott

An excellent buying experience.
Today I took delivery of my like new 3yr old Rolex Daytona watch from watchfinder and have to say that the whole buying experience and sales staff were excellent. I own a few high end watches and this is the first one I have purchased without seeing it first, I needn't have worried the watches condition was described to me by Tom Holland (who was a pleasure to do business with) and the watches condition was if possible better than described. I would like to say that anyone who has concerns about purchasing an expensive watch via the internet should contact Tom Holland or any member of the watchfinder team first, because from my own experience they will do their best to make sure you get the best deal and peace of mind. I would also like to say thanks to Jade Campbell who corresponded via e-mail keep me updated on purchase.

Another fantastic addition to my collection
Having just taken delivery of a 12 year old Rolex Explorer 11 from Watchfinder I felt that I needed to share with everyone my utter delight with my latest purchase (one of three to date). My new watch is in show room condition and if that isn't enough the original box, papers and instruction booklets are in mint condition to. I have been dealing with Watchfinder now for about six years having both sold and purchased from them and I am sure that I shall continue to do so. The professionalism of all the staff should be commended making a purchase or sale run smoothly and promptly with regular updates by phone or email. Well done Watchfinder.

Fantastic all round - Tom Holland Is excellent
Very professional outfit with superb service from Tom Holland throughout the process. Extremely knowledgable, helpful, polite and courteous even through the price negotiations. Will most certainly be coming back to Tom Holland for future luxury watch purchases and without hesitation would recommend him to friends and family. Picking up my JLC Squadra reverso in rose gold this afternoon and I can't wait!!

I was shopping around for my very first fine watch, and Watchfinder had some of the best prices I've ever seen for the particular watch I was looking for. In addition, their website is probably one of the best I've encountered on my search. It's professional looking and user-friendly. I live overseas in Canada, and it was hard to find an online pre-owned watch store that was willing to ship to me without any major hassle. I used the contact form on the website to ask about the watch I wanted, and received a response from Tom Holland the very next day (which ended up being about 12 hours probably only due to the time difference). He promptly answered all of my questions, assured me that the watch was in perfect condition and explained the whole purchasing process. Since Watchfinder doesn't accept credit card payments for international orders, I had to transfer some funds over first to send the bank wire, and so Tom worked with me to set up an account and accepted a deposit to hold the watch while I waited for the funds transferred. My payment was applied to my account immediately after they received it (just a couple of days), and I received an email from Jade Campbell confirming my shipping information. My order was picked up by FedEx the next day and I received the watch just a week after, including the time it took for the package to clear customs. When the package encountered a hiccup in the tracking, I emailed Jade and she followed up with FedEx for me immediately. I couldn't be happier with my watch! It is in perfect condition as Tom assured me, and was sized to my wrist as I requested. Even with duty and brokerage, I still got it for almost over 40% off the retail here in Canada. Yes it's pre-owned, but no one can tell. A watch will get normal wear and tear sooner or later, so I have no problems buying pre-owned and I'm glad Watchfinder helped me have a great first experience with that. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Watchfinder. The staff was professional and responsive, and the item and what it came with was as described so no surprises. Yes, you don't get the convenience of paying with a credit card if you live outside of the UK, but that's just a very minor inconvenience for the service and product you are getting. Shipping cost is reasonable is service is quick, as long as FedEx is doing their job and your package doesn't get stuck in customs for a few days (which mine did thanks to some forms FedEx wanted me to sign so they could clear my package for me). I have already told a couple of people about Watchfinder, and hope that they will receive the same level of service that I did and find what they are looking for. I will definitely consider purchasing from Watchfinder the next time I am in the market for a fine watch!
