Definitions

Watchfinder sources its watches from Authorised Dealers and suppliers therefore any dated paperwork may on occasional be out of sync with the date the customer receives their watch. Watchfinder will always make up the difference by honouring the difference between the two dates. In most cases this is less than 1 week. Watchfinder chooses to use the phrase Brand New instead of phrases such as 'unworn', 'with factory seals in place' , we have purchased a Brand New product and simply transfer its ownership over to you the customer. In the same way as the Authorised Dealer purchased the item from the watch manufacturer and the status of the watch remains brand new when resold to a customer. Here at Watchfinder we define Brand New as a watch that has been purchased from a Authorised retailer and resold to a customer without its condition, warranty or packaging being compromised or changed in any way.

Watch Sizes

The Size of all Second Hand Watches sold by Watchfinder is detailed in the description of the watch , if a larger size is required the customer will be required to purchase additional links. Wherever possible Watchfinder will attempt to provide the links at no cost, however each case will be assessed on an individual basis and any charges made at our discretion.
