As a Customer Service Advisor at Watchfinder you will beresponsible for communications with customers as well as warranty customers. You will be well organised and confident in dealing with customer enquiries. The Customer Service team deliver top level sales/customer service to our customers via e-mail and telephone therefore you must be a confident communicator. You will be highly organised, proactive and able to work on your own initiative as well as following instructions. You must have a passion for your work and strive to progress into a successful advisor.
